ATM Update: Our ATM(s) remain temporarily out of service due to issues with our previous provider. We have been diligently working toward a long-term solution. To provide more reliable service for our members and community, 7 17 has ordered ATMs that we will own and maintain—eliminating dependence on an outside vendor.

While our goal was to have the new machines installed by July, implementing the latest security features and technology requires careful coordination with multiple vendors. This has led to some unavoidable delays.

We will share a more specific timeline as soon as we can. In the meantime, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Once the new ATMs are operational, we are confident they will offer a significantly improved experience.

PTM Locations

You’re busy and we know it. We offer the latest in banking technology, Personal Teller Machines (PTMs), to provide extended hours of service and convenience. PTMs allow members to conduct most transactions that can be completed in branch, with the exception of opening accounts or applying for a loan, which can easily be done online. Use the PTMs in self-service mode 24/7 or work with a Personal Teller via two-way video during our extended hours. Learn more about our PTMs.

7 17 Credit Union’s PTM are available 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Fridays and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays.

ATM Locations

You’re always on the move, so we want to make it easy to access your cash wherever you go. With more than 20 ATMs in Northeast Ohio as well as a network of surcharge-free* ATMs, 7 17 makes it easy to access your account on the go. We’re also a part of a nationwide network of ATMs through PLUS® or MoneyPass®** ATMs, so there’s always an ATM close by. Please note: there is a fee to use PLUS and MoneyPass®* machines.

*Although you are not charged a surcharge fee, a $1.50 per ATM transaction fee will apply.

**The MoneyPass® Network is surcharge free, but a reduced service fee of $1.50 will be charged and appear on your 7 17 account statement, not on the ATM receipt. Save money with MoneyPass® by avoiding other financial institution’s surcharges, which may be $2.00 or more. Some MoneyPass® locations may not accept deposits at their ATMs from customers of other financial institutions, depending on the financial institution owning the ATM.

7 17 Credit Union is part of Shared Branching, a fast-growing national and international network of credit unions that allows members of other credit unions to use their branches to conduct basic teller transactions. You can access your 7 17 accounts at more than 5,000 participating branch locations nationwide, at no additional cost. Plus, you can perform almost every type of teller transaction you normally do with a teller at 7 17.

Shared Branching locations offer many or all of the following services to members of participating credit unions:

  • Make deposits (cash & checks)
  • Transfer money from one account to another
  • Cash personal checks from another institution
  • Obtain balance inquiries
  • Withdraw funds
  • Process loan payments and advances on certain loan types

Important: When conducting a transaction at a Shared Branching location, provide the host credit union’s staff your credit union name, main member account number (without suffixes such as - 0050 for checking), and a photo ID. Members of other participating credit unions can likewise perform transactions at 7 17 branch locations.
