1. SPONSOR
This contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Seven Seventeen Credit Union, Inc. (“7 17,” “Sponsor,” or “we”), 3181 Larchmont Ave NE, Warren, OH 44483, in connection with the 7 17 Credit Union’s Financial Wellness Night at the Ballpark on Friday, July 17, 2026, at 7 17 Credit Union Field at Eastwood.

2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
Participation in the Contest constitutes each entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. By entering, each participant represents that they have read, understand, and agree to abide by these Official Rules and confirms they are eligible to participate.

3. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are physically present at 7 17 Credit Union Field at Eastwood on July 17, 2026, and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Seven Seventeen Credit Union, the Mahoning Valley Scrappers, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members of each such employee, officer, or director, are not eligible to enter or win. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements or who is found to be in violation of these Official Rules.

4. CONTEST PERIOD
Entries will be accepted only during the game held on July 17, 2026, beginning with first pitch (scheduled for approximately 7:17 PM) and continuing through the sixth (6th) inning of play (the “Entry Period”). Six (6) trivia questions will be displayed on the stadium videoboard, one per inning during innings one (1) through six (6). Winners will be selected and notified during the seventh (7th) inning, as described below. Sponsor reserves the right to adjust these times in the event of rain delays, schedule changes, or other circumstances affecting the game.

5. HOW TO ENTER

Each trivia question displayed on the videoboard will be followed by a QR code.
Scanning the QR code with a mobile phone camera will automatically load a pre-addressed text message.
To complete entry, the participant must send the word “WELLNESS” to the designated number shown on the videoboard and on signage/handouts throughout the stadium.
Entries are submitted and processed through the Simple Texting platform (simpletexting.com), and each entrant will receive a text acknowledgment confirming their entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per mobile telephone number for the entire Contest, regardless of how many times an entrant texts “WELLNESS” or how many trivia questions are displayed. Duplicate or multiple entries from the same person or phone number will be disregarded. By texting to enter, participants consent to receive text messages from or on behalf of Sponsor related to the Contest. Message and data rates may apply. No purchase, membership, or account with 7 17 Credit Union is required to enter or win. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, garbled, misdirected, or not received for any reason, including technical or network failures of any kind.

6. PRIZES
In honor of 7 17 Credit Union's 69th anniversary, a total of sixty-nine (69) prizes will be awarded, consisting of:

Nine (9) prizes of a 4-pack of tickets to an upcoming 2026 season Mahoning Valley Scrappers game (estimated retail value $80 per 4-pack)
Four (4) prizes of a 4-pack of 7 17 Credit Union Suite tickets to an upcoming 2026 season Mahoning Valley Scrappers game (estimated retail value $120 per 4-pack)
Five (5) prizes of a 4-pack of tickets to an upcoming 2026 concert at River Rock at the Amp at the Warren Community Amphitheatre (estimated retail value $60 per 4-pack)
Fifty (50) prizes of a 7 17 Credit Union Field at Eastwood t-shirt (estimated retail value $20 per shirt)
One (1) Grand Prize of a 4-pack of tickets to Cedar Point, including one (1) night of overnight accommodations (estimated retail value $400)

Estimated retail values are as of the date these Official Rules were published and are subject to change. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty, express or implied. No cash equivalent will be awarded, and prizes are not transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance and use that are not expressly stated above. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
During the seventh (7th) inning of the game, winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period using the Simple Texting platform, with a target notification time before the end of the seventh (7th) inning. Each winner will be notified by text message sent to the mobile number used to enter, informing the winner of the prize awarded and instructing the winner to proceed to the 7 17 Credit Union tent located in the stadium concourse to claim their prize.

8. PRIZE CLAIM AND FORFEITURE
Winners must be present at the game and must claim their prize in person at the 7 17 Credit Union tent before the end of the game on July 17, 2026. To claim a prize, the winner must show the winning text message notification, along with valid government-issued photo identification if requested, to 7 17 Credit Union staff at the tent. Winners must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Any prize not claimed in person before the end of the game will be forfeited in its entirety, and no cash, substitute prize, or replacement winner will be awarded in its place.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, terminate, or amend the Contest, or these Official Rules, at any time and without prior notice, including if the Contest is not capable of being conducted as planned due to technical failure, weather, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Mahoning Valley Scrappers, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes each winner's consent to Sponsor's use of their name, likeness, and statements about the Contest for advertising and promotional purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without further compensation, notification, or permission.

11. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with 7 17 Credit Union's Privacy Policy, available at 717cu.com/privacy. Please do not include your account number, Social Security number, PIN, login credentials, or passwords in any text message entry.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules and the Contest are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, the Mahoning Valley Scrappers' league affiliates, Simple Texting, or any mobile carrier.
