Enfact Fraud Text Alerts

Keeping you protected from fraud

Keeping you protected from fraudulent activity is important. That’s why all 7 17 Visa® Debit Cardholders are automatically enrolled in Enfact Fraud Text Alerts. This free service alerts you to the potential of fraudulent activity on your debit card.

Enfact Fraud Alerts provide Visa Debit Card members with free, real-time text messages for quicker fraud identification and prevention as well as interactive voice notifications if no response is received by text. Text messages will display the sender number of 37-268 and 7 17 Credit Union Debit Fraud Center. We will only ask you to verify if you made the purchase, and we will not ask for account or personal information. You will only be contacted if there suspected fraud.

When fraud is suspected, 7 17 debit cardholders will receive a text alert. If no text response is received after 15 minutes, members will be contacted by phone with an automated notification based on the phone numbers on file.
