Beginning Tuesday, August 14, 7 17 Credit Union’s NetWorth24 Online Banking will feature a new responsive design. This new design will give members a consistent user experience whether on a desktop computer, a laptop, a tablet or a smart phone, allowing for easier access and greater ease of use across a variety of electronic devices. The Mobile Banking App is not affected by this upgrade and is still recommended as providing the best user experience on a mobile device. It is free to download and use on your web-enabled Apple™ or Android™ device or Kindle Fire.
When you access NetWorth24 Online Banking with the new responsive design, you will notice minor design changes as well as each page’s ability to intelligently adjust to the device on which you are working. The most noticeable changes will be located on the home page.
While the majority of the NetWorth24 Online Banking experience will be responsive, there will be some features that will be made responsive in the future. Please review our detailed reference sheet
for more information.
Important Notice Regarding Mobile Web Banking Access (does not affect our Mobile Banking App)
As part of the upgrade to responsive design, effective Tuesday, August 14, 2018, the separate Mobile Web Banking option will no longer be available as our NetWorth24 Online Banking will be compatible with mobile devices. The “Mobile Banking Login” link will be removed from the www.717cu.com
login screen on your mobile device. Instead, you can use the Online Banking Login fields to enter your username and password (see screenshot below). This will provide you with access to the full NetWorth24 Online Banking site, which offers more robust features than Mobile Web Banking. If you have never logged into the full NetWorth24 Online Banking website from your mobile device, you will be prompted to receive and enter a one-time passcode for your first login.
For the best user experience on a mobile device, we recommend using the 7 17 Mobile Banking App
, which is free to download and use on your web-enabled Apple™ or Android™ device or Kindle Fire. The upgrade to responsive design does not affect our Mobile App.
For your convenience, we have created a detailed reference sheet
illustrating the changes you can expect with this responsive design upgrade.
