We ask that you remain patient and attempt some of our trouble-shooting solutions below or explore 7 17’s other remote service options.

7 17 Credit Union has the digital tools you need for self-service banking and 24/7 account access. Whether you’re new to 7 17 or unfamiliar with our remote services, we’ve compiled a list to help our members learn more.

If you do not remember your Username, click on “Forgot Password/Username?” below the login box at the top of our website, then click “I forgot my Username” and enter your email address connected to your NetWorth24 account and it will be emailed to you. If you do not remember your password, click on the same link below the login box at the top of our website and follow the easy steps to have a new, temporary password sent to you.

With our free Mobile Banking App, you can deposit your paper checks anywhere you go, day or night, by using the camera on your device and our Free Mobile Banking App. Fill in some information about your deposit, and snap the picture. Your check will be deposited quickly into your 7 17 Checking account without having to make a trip to a branch or ATM.

*Please note that members are only able to deposit a check using Mobile Deposit into their 7 17 checking account.

Our Text Message Banking service makes your mobile phone an important banking tool. Log in to NetWorth24 Online Banking and activate text message banking (under “eStatements & Other Services - Text Banking & Alerts”).

Similar in appearance to an ATM, PTMs allow members to conduct various transactions from the convenience of their vehicle 24/7. A Personal Teller can assist members with their transaction via two-way video or members can use the machine in self-service mode. 

PTM hours with Personal Teller assistance are:
  • Mon. – Thur. 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Fri. 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Sat. 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

No-cost, online skip payment option for 7 17 member loans during COVID-19

We understand that we’re all in the midst of challenging times. We want our members to know that we are committed to helping to ease your financial burden and overall peace of mind. 7 17 Credit Union is providing members affected by the COVID-19 pandemic with the opportunity to skip their loan and mortgage payments.

Member Loans
7 17 members can use the link below to access our secure, online form to submit a request to skip two loan payments on most credit union loans. Processing fees will be waived if your skip payment request is authorized.

Mortgage Loans
7 17 members can use the link below to access our secure, online form to submit a request to skip two mortgage loan payments. Members will receive a loan modification form that must be signed by all borrowers (either by remote signature, through the mail or in a branch by appointment) before your skip payment is authorized. Processing fees will be waived if your skip payment request is authorized.

SPECIAL NOTICE TO MEMBERS WITH MORTGAGE LOANS SERVICED BY MIDWEST:
Please do not use this online form.  To request a mortgage payment skip, you will need to contact Midwest directly at 1-800-240-4214 and select Option 1.  This will connect you to their collections department; please not this is NOT A COLLECTION matter, but the department is able to process your request.

Payment Options for 7 17 Credit Union Members


7 17 Credit Union is committed to serving our members without interruption during the COVID-19 pandemic. While no one knows the degree to which members might further be restricted in their daily activities by choice or necessity as the pandemic continues to unfold, we want our members to know that 7 17 offers tools and payment options to allow you to continue your transactional needs.

In addition to our remote services like NetWorth24 Online Banking and Mobile App, and telephone banking, members have several options to make their 7 17 loan payments.

Loan Payment Options for Members using a 7 17 Account:
  • Use Online Banking or 7 17 Mobile App to set up an Internal Transfer - Members can choose to set up a one-time or a recurring loan payment in Online Banking or on their Mobile App.
  • Call us to make a loan payment from a 7 17 Checking or Savings Account – Members can call into our Teleservices department and request a transfer from their 7 17 Checking or Savings Account to their 7 17 loan.
  • Mail in your payment - Members have the option of mailing in their loan payments. Members can call into our Teleservices department to request payment coupons.      
  • Making Changes to an Existing Payment - If members need to make changes to an existing payment, they can call our Teleservices department and make the request over the phone.
Loan Payment Options for Members using an External Financial Institution:
  • 7 17’s new External Loan Pay option in Online Banking and Mobile – Members can pay their 7 17 Credit Union loan using a savings account, checking account or a debit card from another financial institution through NetWorth24’s Online Banking or Mobile App. Members must complete a validation process before scheduling a payment. There is a $4 fee when using a debit card. Learn more at www.717cu.com/loan-payment.
  • Call us to make a loan payment from another financial institution – Members can call our Teleservices department to make a loan payment from another financial institution. The maximum payment is $2,000. These payment requests must be received by 2 p.m.
  • Visit our website at 717cu.com to download and mail the ACH form – ACH transactions allow members to set up automatic monthly payments. Members can download and mail the 7 17’s ACH Origination Authorization form for Automatic Payments or they can request the form from our Teleservices department. Download the ACH form now. Please note that the member’s signature must be notarized. Members can sign the form electronically or return it via mail.
  • Mail in your payment – Members have the option of mailing in their loan payments. Members can call into our Teleservices department to request payment coupons.
