What’s Not Changing: Your existing debit card will continue to work before, during, and after the conversion. In most cases, we are not sending out new debit cards. More great news – your checking and savings account numbers, online/mobile banking login credentials, and direct deposits are NOT changing as part of this upgrade. Our goal is to make the changes as smooth and seamless as possible, so you can enjoy all your new benefits.

New Debit Cardholders or Expiring/Lost Cards: New cards ordered through August 26th will experience a short delivery delay and will be received via mail 7-10 days after the 26th. During this upgrade, we may not be able to issue you a debit card via instant issue.

NEW: The number you will call to set up your PIN for a new debit card is changing. Please call 1-888-891-2435 after August 26, 2026.

Expanded ATM Access and Temporary Service Limitations
Between August 5-26th, we’ll be upgrading our ATM systems. In addition to the MoneyPass ATMs, you’ll also gain access to the CO-OP ATM Network, giving you access to more than 50,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide! After-hours deposits may not be available at all ATMs between August 5-26th. All other ATM services are unaffected.
