  • To complete the Operating System Conversion, most services will be unavailable from the close of business on Friday, April 28, 2023 through Monday, May 1, 2023.

  • The core operating system is a very important part of the infrastructure of 7 17 Credit Union. The conversion project itself started years ago. It takes a few days to make this conversion because we want to ensure the various systems are running properly before they are made available to our members. Although we are making the enhancements as quickly as possible, and this timeframe is considered typical, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.

  • Yes, PTM's will be available during the conversion in self-service mode only (i.e. ATM Plus). Members will not be able to interact with employees via two-way video in drive-thru hours during the operating system conversion.

  • Yes, 7 17-owned ATM's will be available during the conversion with the exception of balance transfers, deposits, and balance inquiries. 
  • 7 17’s PTMs will be available in ATM Plus Mode during the conversion.

  • No, as part of our larger operating system conversion, 7 17’s Telephone Banking system is also being converted to a new system. CALL24 will be unavailable during the operating system conversion.

  • Yes, the ability to create a new Online Bill Pay transaction will be unavailable during the Operating System Conversion. Existing Bill Pay transactions scheduled prior to the conversion will process accordingly.

  • No, 7 17 Credit union offices cannot complete shared branching transactions during the operating system conversion.

  • Debit and ATM cards will be available for ATM transactions, as well as store and online purchases with limited access to funds.
  • Cardholders can use their 7 17 Visa® credit cards without interruption during the operating system conversion.
  • We advise members to prepare for our conversion weekend by withdrawing sufficient cash prior and/or using alternative payment methods (i.e. credit cards).

  • No, your PIN will remain the same for your 7 17 Debit, ATM and Credit Card.
  • The first time you call in to CALL24 telephone banking, you’ll be asked to set up a new PIN. You can set your PIN to the previous one if you so choose as long as it follows the correct password criteria.

    Note: your Personal Identification Number must be 4 to 20 digits and cannot be your account number, birthday, Social Security number, or phone number. Remember this PIN as you will use it to log into the system each time you call.
  • Important Tips:
    • The maximum of numbers you may repeat as part of your PIN is three (3); example: 111 – allowed, 1111 – not allowed
    • The maximum number of sequential numbers as part of your PIN is three (3); example: 123 – allowed, 1234 – not allowed
  • No, your account numbers will stay the same.
  • Suffix numbers will appear with four-digits after May 1.
  • Your MICR number (the number found on the bottom of your personal checks) is not changing.
  • Recurring payments will not change.
  • 7 17’s Routing Number (241282849) will not change.
  • For most members, the member numbers are not changing. To be more efficient in how we serve our members, we recently conducted a member assessment in which we identified some members with multiple member numbers. Members with multiple member numbers will be merged into one. This will allow a member to view all the accounts under one login.
  • No, your Online Banking User ID and Password will remain the same after the upgrade.
  • You may notice a slight difference when it comes to appearance, but otherwise your information and the content in your statement will remain the same.
  • Yes, the security of your personal and financial information is always our top priority, and your account information will remain protected as we complete the operating system conversion.
  • Yes, any scheduled transfers you already have set up will remain in place as scheduled. 

During the conversion:

  • Any email or text alerts related to 7 17’s online and mobile banking may be delayed during the conversion.
  • Visa® Purchase Alerts will work as they do now.
  • Fraud alerts (for debit and credit cards) will work as they do now.
  • Yes, Account History will remain the same.
  • Yes, all transactions will clear and post to your account normally.
  • Yes, any payments you have in online banking will remain in place as scheduled.
  • Yes. However, because our new operating system is person-centric, joint owners will need to create their own login. 
  • Yes, the external linked account will remain the same, however, you may need to re-authenticate the account.
  • All credit union operations are scheduled to resume the morning of Tuesday, May 2, 2023.
