Bill Pay is Getting an Upgrade

Change is Coming - Bill Pay will be Upgraded November 12-13

Bill Pay is changing. Our trusted partner is rolling out some upgrades in a continued effort to provide our members with an enhanced experience.

The Bill Pay interface will have a new streamlined design offering a cleaner, more intuitive and consistent experience.

Some things that are changing include:

  • Payees can now be sorted by nickname and due date.
  • The pay from account field will now clearly indicate the funding account.
  • Helpful payee icons to quickly identify when a payee is:
    • Eligible for or enrolled in eBills
    • Set up for automatic recurring payments
  • Display of nearest payment date for automatic reminders, any time an eBill is generated, and when recurring payments are set up.
  • Payee account numbers will now be masked.
  • Simplified payment confirmation: When selecting Pay or Pay All, you’ll see an easy-to-review list of payments with clear Confirm and Cancel options.

These upgrades will happen overnight, from November 12th at 9:00 pm to November 13th to 2:00 am. We appreciate your patience during the upgrade.
