eLerts stopping Aug. 1

We’re making changes to our eStatements and eliminating eLerts notifications

Effective Aug. 1, 2020, members will no longer receive eLerts as the credit union transitions to a new eStatements vendor. This change will offer members several enhancements as members will now access their eStatements through NetWorth24 Online Banking or our top-rated Mobile App.

Account alerts are available

You can sign up within Online Banking or our Mobile App to receive account alerts by text or email. The alerts service is already available to you; enrollment in NetWorth24 is required (if you do not already have this service). Alerts that you can set up include:

Accounts:
  • Balance Update – sent every Friday
Activity:
  • Low Balance
  • High Balance
  • Large Withdrawal
  • Large Deposit
  • Checks cleared
Reminders:
  • Loan Payment Due
  • Loan Payment Overdue
  • Personal Message

Setting up alerts in your Mobile App

Setting up alerts in your Mobile App is easy. Simply log in to your app and click on the ‘More’ tab at the bottom of your screen. From there, you will select ‘Settings’ and choose ‘Push Notifications,’ where you can select the alerts that best suits your needs.

Setting up alerts in Online Banking

Setting up alerts in Online Banking is just as simple. To get started, log in in to your online banking and select ‘eStatements and Other Services.’ From there, select ‘Text Banking and Alerts.’

Changes coming to eStatements

7 17 is switching eStatements vendors to create greater efficiencies and provide enhancements to our members. Later this year, accessing eStatements will have the same security features as accessing NetWorth24 or our mobile app. Members can enjoy the convenience of having access to their accounts online and eStatements with one login to NetWorth24.  Also, members will have immediate access to statement history for up to 18 months, even new enrollees. Please look for more information about our changes in your email and on our website in the near future.
